Q.The availability calendar is showing that my preferred dates are available. Is this always correct?
A. We always take care to update the availability calendar as soon as we receive a booking form.
Q. What is the change-over day?
A. Depends on the time of year so please check the price list.
Q. The period I want to book runs into a higher price band so how do I calculate the rent?
A. Calculate the rent on a pro rata basis.
Q. How can I pay?
A. You can either send a UK cheque, pay online with Paypal using any major credit card or pay directly into our bank account from a UK bank or an overseas bank. The information is on the booking form.
Q. How much is the initial deposit?
A. The non-refundable deposit is 30% and the 70% balance will be due two months before you stay.
Q. My stay is less than two months from now so how much deposit should I pay?
A. If you stay arrival date is less than two months then the whole amount is due when you book.
Q. Can I cancel my booking with you?
A. Not once you have paid the deposit. For this reason we would suggest you take out a travel insurance policy.
Q. I have completed the booking form. Does this mean the booking is now safe?
A. The booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. However, we will hold this space for you for a few days to give you a chance to pay the deposit.
Q. What time will the apartment be available for us?
A. We will have the apartment ready for you by 4 pm. Please understand it takes until then to get the apartment ready.
Q. What time should we vacate the apartment?
A. We ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 11 am.
Q. Can I bring my small, well behaved dog?
A. Yes. There is a charge of £25.00 per week per pet
Q. How will I find the way to the property?
A. Once you have paid in full we will send you the full address, clear directions, phone numbers and all the information you will need, including how to access the apartment.

A. Just complete the booking form and we will take it from there.
